1. Services

UK Visa Assist Kenya provides visa consultation and application support services to individuals applying for UK visas from Kenya. Our services include:

  • Visa eligibility assessment
  • Document review and guidance
  • Application form assistance
  • Screen-share guided application process
  • Reapplication support for refused applications

2. No Guarantee of Visa Approval

Important: UK Visa Assist Kenya is an independent consultation service and is not affiliated with the UK Government, UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI), or any embassy. We cannot and do not guarantee visa approval under any circumstances. The final decision on any visa application rests solely with UK immigration authorities. No representation, statement, or service provided by UK Visa Assist Kenya or any of its partners shall be construed as a guarantee of visa issuance.

3. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Submit genuine documents
  • Disclose any previous visa refusals or immigration issues
  • Attend scheduled consultations on time
  • Make all required payments to UK government authorities directly

4. Payment Terms

Our service fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable once consultation has begun. Government visa fees and any third-party fees are separate and paid directly by you to the respective authorities.

5. Security and Control

Our screen-share process ensures you maintain complete control over your accounts and payments. We do not:

  • Request your banking passwords or PINs
  • Handle your money or make payments on your behalf
  • Request OTPs or verification codes
  • Access your accounts without your direct supervision

6. Third-Party Service Providers

Important - Please Read Carefully: UK Visa Assist Kenya works with and connects clients to independent visa consultants, travel agents, and other third-party service providers to facilitate various services including but not limited to dummy tickets, flight reservations, travel documentation, and visa consultation services.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Independent Providers: These third-party service providers are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of UK Visa Assist Kenya.
  • No Guarantee of Third-Party Services: While UK Visa Assist Kenya endeavors to work with professional and reputable service providers who operate in accordance with applicable laws, we cannot and do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, timeliness, or outcome of any services provided by these third parties.
  • Direct Responsibility: The third-party service provider you are connected with is solely and directly responsible for the services they render to you. Any disputes, claims, or issues arising from their services must be addressed directly with that service provider.
  • Your Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that you are placing your trust in UK Visa Assist Kenya to connect you with proper, professional consultants and service providers. You understand that the actual delivery of services (such as dummy tickets, flight reservations, or visa consultation) is performed by these third parties, not by UK Visa Assist Kenya directly.
  • Due Diligence: UK Visa Assist Kenya makes reasonable efforts to verify that our partner service providers are professional, legitimate, and operate in compliance with Kenyan law. However, this does not constitute a warranty or guarantee of their services.

7. Role of UK Visa Assist Kenya

UK Visa Assist Kenya's role is limited to:

  • Facilitating bookings and appointments for visa-related services
  • Connecting clients with appropriate visa consultants and service providers
  • Providing information and guidance about the visa application process
  • Coordinating communication between clients and service providers

UK Visa Assist Kenya is not responsible for the actual execution or outcome of services provided by third-party consultants, travel agents, or any other service providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UK Visa Assist Kenya, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Visa refusals, delays, or any adverse decisions by immigration authorities
  • Any acts, omissions, errors, or negligence of third-party service providers, including visa consultants, travel agents, and other partners
  • The quality, accuracy, validity, or timeliness of dummy tickets, flight reservations, or any documentation provided by third parties
  • Losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by clients
  • Changes in visa requirements, airline policies, or processing times
  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or services provided by third parties
  • Any losses related to travel plans, missed flights, or accommodation bookings
  • Any financial loss resulting from reliance on information or services coordinated through UK Visa Assist Kenya

By using our services, you expressly agree to release and hold harmless UK Visa Assist Kenya from any and all claims, demands, and damages of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with services provided by third-party service providers.

9. Cancellation Policy

Consultations may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations without adequate notice may result in forfeiture of fees. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of UK Visa Assist Kenya and is protected by copyright laws.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UK Visa Assist Kenya and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By using any services provided or facilitated by UK Visa Assist Kenya, including but not limited to visa consultation, dummy ticket requests, or any booking made through our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

Service Disclaimer

UK Visa Assist Kenya is an independent advisory service. We are not the British High Commission, UKVI, or any government agent. We do not issue visas. Our role is to provide expertise and coaching to help you navigate the official system.

You are responsible for all factual data entered and for paying government fees directly to the official portal. We never ask for your passwords or OTPs. You retain full custody of your application.
