Secure Your UK Visa Help Appointment

Booking your appointment is simple. Select the service you need, enter your details, and on the next step you'll see the pricing and pay a 10% booking deposit to secure your slot. The deposit reserves your appointment and allows us to prepare your personalized document checklist.

What Happens After Booking?

Once you complete your booking:

  • We contact you via WhatsApp within 1-2 hours (during business hours) to confirm your appointment
  • We send you a list of documents and requirements to bring for your appointment
  • For consultations, you can choose online (Google Meet/Zoom) or in-person at our Nairobi CBD office
  • You pay the remaining balance before or at the start of your session

Payment and Deposit Policy

The 10% booking deposit confirms your commitment and secures your time slot. This deposit is non-refundable but is credited toward your total service fee. The remaining balance is paid before your session begins.

We accept M-Pesa, card payments, and bank transfer via our secure payment system.

Rescheduling

Need to reschedule? Contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment and we'll find a new time that works for you at no extra charge.
