How Our Request Process Works

Requesting UK visa help is simple — and you do not make any payment on the website. Select the service you need, tell us a little about your situation, and submit the form. Our consultant will follow up directly to confirm your consultation slot and, for application services, share a tailored quote after the consultation.

What Happens After You Submit?

  • We contact you via WhatsApp or phone (within business hours) to confirm your preferred slot.
  • You join a consultation — online (Google Meet / Zoom) or in person at our Nairobi CBD office.
  • For Form Filling, Full Application Assistance or Reapplication Help, you receive a tailored quote after the consultation, based on your case.
  • If you proceed, we agree on payment terms offline (M-Pesa or bank transfer) before starting the work.

Pricing

Consultation starts from KES 5,000. Application packages (Form Filling, Full Application Assistance, Reapplication Help) are priced per case after the consultation, so you only pay for what your situation actually requires.

There is no online deposit. We do not collect payments through this website.

Rescheduling

Need to reschedule a confirmed consultation? Let us know at least 24 hours ahead via WhatsApp and we'll find a new time that works for you at no extra charge.
